What we collect

When you take the PRISM Signal Scan, play a Nottum simulation or request an insight by email, we collect the information you provide directly: your email address, your scan or simulation responses, and — only with your affirmative consent — permission to email you results and related materials.

When you purchase the Executive Signal Snapshot or the Nottum Signal Lab, our payment provider processes your payment details. We receive your name, email, billing address and purchase amount; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver what you asked for: your Signal Scan briefing, your Nottum insight, your purchased reports and your intake experience. We may also use it to operate, secure and improve the service, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Retention and your choices

We retain records only as long as needed to deliver the service and satisfy legal obligations. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can request access, correction or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

Security

Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Scan results are accessible only through your unique link, and administrative access is limited to what is required to run the service.
